In short: the site is a free, informational restaurant directory provided “as is”; venue details such as hours, phone numbers and whether a place is still open can be out of date or wrong, so call ahead before you travel; and the listings are derived from OpenStreetMap under its open licence.

Use of the site
You may browse, link to and share these pages freely for personal use. You may not scrape the site wholesale to rebuild a competing database, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to harass any business or person listed.
Accuracy and no warranty
Listings are compiled from public data and are offered without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Opening hours, prices, menus, phone numbers, locations and open/closed status change constantly and may be incorrect here. Rankings are one opinion based on a published method, not a guarantee of quality. Always confirm details with the business directly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tacos Near You and its operators are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from use of the site or reliance on its information, including a wasted trip to a closed or moved venue.
Venue data licence and attribution
Venue listings are a derived database built from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, made available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL) 1.0. Any onward use of that data must keep the same attribution and licence terms. Editorial text on the site (guides, explanations, rankings) is our own and is not covered by the ODbL.
Third-party links
Pages link to external sites such as Google Maps and businesses’ own websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Corrections
A listing that is wrong is fastest to fix at its OpenStreetMap record, linked from the venue page; the correction flows back here on the next data update. You can also email us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
