With no star ratings in our current data, we rank by how taco-focused a place is (a taqueria or truck above a general Mexican restaurant), whether its listing is verified against public records, and how complete its details are. When Google ratings are imported, rank switches to rating weighted by review count. Nobody pays for placement.
